My trial subscription ran out. I purchased the registration key and installed it, but when I run zoom player it continues to tell my trial period has ended. I downloaded the patch found in this forum and followed all instructions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom player a couple of times and still have the same issue. My order number is 297888105. I'm running Vista. Any help?
