The "changes.txt" file is useful, however the order of many lines was different and I suppose the translation has to follow the same order as the English.dialog file, e.g. line # 79 on English.dialog is "OB:ApplyButton" so the line 79 of the Spanish.dialog has to be "OB:ApplyButton", right??

And a second question, if a file is not mentioned on "changes.txt", does it mean it's exactly the same as the previous version?
