As you see, version 4.01 has skipped to version 4.02, this was due to the number of changes involved. v4.01 was meant to be bug-fix only,
but several key changes were made to the core base for the introduction of new features in v4.10 that we believe another digit was merited.

A core change in this version is that Zoom Player no longer reserves any keys. This allows you to remap every Zoom Player key and in the next version it will be further manifested in a full fleged keyboard editor (no need to use any external script files).

Translators, please note that this version contains slight changes to the language files, please visit the translation forum for more information.

Changes from v4.01 RC2:
CODE
* New skin constants <LTimeRemain>, <LTime> and <LDuration>.

* More functions added to the TCP/IP interface.

* New Setting that allows you disable Overlay on the VMR7 renderer
(Advanced Options / Filter Control / Settings).

+ Zoom Player no longer reserves any keys, you can now assign any
function to any key for complete keyboard automation.

+ Per the change above, The Space key has been set as a standard
function (fnSpace).  The navigation keys have been split to a new
set of navigation class (see default.key for more information).

- Fix for a crash when playing Matroska files with a stream description
  over 127 characters long.

- File sorting in the File Navigator would glitch on certain conditions.

- Fixed a 1-pixel cosmetical glitch in the playlist editor.

I think I just changed EXE compressors...

Seriously, most of the size of the ZP exe is from the skin graphics and script files.

Yes, as expected. It's to do with the keyboard control changes.

I just set Girder show/hide control bar to SPACE key and it worked again.

There's a new space function (now that I removed all fixed keys), a new girder export should work.
